We offer our drivers a 2500 mile-per-week guarantee.* This ensures you’ll earn a minimum of $1,625 (option 1) or $1,500 (option 2) per week. Even if you drive less, we’ll pay you the difference.
Traditional OTR hires will start out at a base pay of 60 cents per mile and earn bonuses at orientation, 1 month, and 2 months. $80,000+ yearly.
Our road warrior package earns up to 70 cents per mile and $90,000+ yearly. Earn $2,000+ on top weeks.
Plus, you can take advantage of our safety bonus, clean inspection bonuses, referral bonuses and more to further increase your compensation.
The pay scale shown below is our traditional OTR (60 CPM) package. Our Road Warrior package starts at up to 70 CPM.
