K&B dedicated drivers earn salary pay. You’ll know exactly what you’re earning daily, no need to worry about how many miles you drive.
Earn $65,000 plus yearly. Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year. Bonuses at orientation, 1 months, and 2 months.

Must have valid Class A CDL & at least 4 months OTR experience.

Our routes run primarily in the central United States, and you’ll get to choose the route that works best for you and your family. We also provide service between the Midwest and Georgia, as well as to and from the Pacific Northwest, if that suits you.
We recently boosted our starting wage for drivers. This pay increase is on top of our already outstanding accessory pay package as well as bonus package that includes clean inspection, referral and safety bonuses.
