DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO DRIVE FOR K&B?

Our drivers must meet the following requirements:

4 months of current Over the Road Tractor/Trailer (combination vehicle) experience.
Moving violations: No more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years.
Current CDL class "A"
Accidents: No major chargeable accidents in the last 3 years. No more than 1 minor chargeable accident per year in the last three years.

Great OTR company. I left my last job due to slow freight, I am turning good miles but have had to rely on the guarantee twice in the last month but was paid it with no issues as prior times as well. Dispatcher is good, 99% of my dealings are with him so I really don’t have much judgement on the rest of the staff but those who I speak to help me fast. All is good so far.

I have been there and done that. K&B transportation seems to be the best of the done that part. Its the only company that i have worked for that pays what they say. Dispatch is easy to reach, trucks a little older but I could get a newer one if I wanted an automatic. And, I would only leave if I could find a good lease that doesn’t screw you but that is hard to find. Trucking isnt for cry babies especially here.
