Love getting paid well for being out on the road? Our “Road Warrior” position is for you. Extended time out, 10-20 days home. Start at 70 CPM with increases the longer you stay! $1,610 weekly minimum guaranteed, $2,000+ on top weeks. Earn up to $90,000 yearly gross pay.
Midwest Regional - Premium Pay
Best of both worlds
Earn premium pay starting at 68 CPM with a $1,564 weekly minimum guarantee. Earn up to $2,000 on top weeks and $85,000 yearly gross pay. All of this while still making it home every 4 weeks with 5 days of quality time off.

High mileage, great pay
Enjoy one of the highest paying OTR truck driving jobs in the industry. Start at 62 CPM with raises to 64 CPM over time starting at 6 months & 1 year. Earn $1,426 weekly minimum guaranteed, $1,850+ on top weeks. Up to $80,000 yearly gross pay. Home as often as every 12-14 days in many locations.

Great OTR company. I left my last job due to slow freight, I am turning good miles but have had to rely on the guarantee twice in the last month but was paid it with no issues as prior times as well. Dispatcher is good, 99% of my dealings are with him so I really don’t have much judgement on the rest of the staff but those who I speak to help me fast. All is good so far.

I have been there and done that. K&B transportation seems to be the best of the done that part. Its the only company that I have worked for that pays what they say. Dispatch is easy to reach. And, I would only leave if I could find a good lease that doesn’t screw you but that is hard to find. Trucking isn’t for cry babies especially here.
